Absolutely Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended!I am truly grateful for the professionalism and care shown by the team at Precise Air. I needed a complete system replacement and had received multiple quotes from other companies—but Precise Air stood out for being the most honest and reasonably priced.Greg came over, carefully assessed our needs, and recommended the best system—not the most expensive one. His advice was practical and trustworthy, with no sales pressure whatsoever.The technicians were punctual, respectful, and meticulous. They cleaned up every day before leaving and made sure everything was tidy. Even after the installation, they returned several times to ensure the system was running perfectly.I’m so glad I found them. I highly recommend Precise Air and look forward to working with them for years to come.

Tony came out as scheduled and called me prior to arrival (most places I have to request that) and when he arrived he pinpointed the issue immediately and determined it was a simple quick and common fix, the condensation line had lint in it and proceeded to handle the task while explaining very clearly what he was doing and why. Some companies may try to inflame a simple common issue like I had and exaggerate the service necessary to raise the price. Beyond that he was super neat, clean and courteous and clearly had expert knowledge of all things HVAC and more. His temperament and personality was top notch and made a repair service as efficient as possible, I highly recommend.

The experience was awesome. So helpful. Our house is so cool. Couldn’t be happier. But specifically, Tony, is awesome. A stranger in the home putting an air conditioner was expected to feel awkward. Not with him. Such a nice guy. And works so hard. Need a few Tony’s in every business and I’d never have a complaint.

I like Sean because he’s diligent, answered all off my questions. I would like to always have him come my house because I trust him. I have had guys before that would make up problems that I would pay for another inspector and found out it wasn’t so. Sean is very trustworthy and recommended him for my friends and family. Had a preventative maintenance visit with Tony. The company’s estimated arrival time was accurate and Tony’s service was impeccable. He was clearly knowledgeable about his trade and explained every step of the process along with any questions I had. I also really appreciated his candor and friendly demeanor.

Tony from Precise Air was amazing. He was friendly, explained everything he was doing, he was extremely thorough, and continued troubleshooting until he got to the bottom of the issue that our AC unit was having. Truly wonderful service! Can’t thank Tony enough!

Sean Poplar is outstanding. From his first visit to check out the issue with our AC system he was able to diagnose the problem, specifically explain the malfunction and replacement items needed. His return visit was on time and on the mark resulting in a fully operational AC system. He and Precise Air are in my contact list and the if I need anything for my Heating and/or air, they are top notch for any issue. My thanks to Sean and Precise Air for their professionalism and top technological resources, from communications to problem solving.

Tony Managerial did repair work for our mini split air conditioner. He had to go into our basement which is a pain because it's cramped but he gladly did. It took about 3 hours to complete and he did a very good job. He explained everything making sure we understood. Tony was very kind and professional, employees like him are hard to find. Thank you very much Tony.

Francisco was very detailed and took a lot of care in his work. He ensured all systems were running efficiently before leaving my house. He also took the time to walk the area the team was working in to make sure there was no debris, wiped down walls and any areas of my house that were dirtied during installation, and took the time to explain to my grandmother how the new thermostat installed works in detail. I would definitely recommend Francisco and the Precise Air Systems team to anyone looking for HVAC services.
